Tres Piedras Moth

This painting is not of dirt and rocks, but was painted at the same time as several of the other watercolors in the Land Art collection. It is a moth that kept Emily company in Tres Piedras, NM while she wrestled with accessing the painting knowledge and technique developed in her teens and twenties, and then put aside for many many years while developing a career in metalsmithing and jewlery.
